Bahkan Menbudpar pun akan segera memanggil produser dan sutradara film MENCULIK MIYABI untuk membatalkan kedatangan bintang asal Jepang itu.

Hal tersebut dikatakan oleh Menbudpar Ad-Interim, Mohammad Nuh yang telah melakukan pembicaraan dengan berbagai pihak, Selasa (13/10). "Kami telah meminta untuk membatalkan kehadiran Miyabi, dan pihak Maxima Pictures, yang berencana akan mendatangkan bintang film asal Jepang itu sudah memastikan untuk membatalkannya," ujar Mohammad Nuh dari rilis resmi Menbudpar yang diterima KapanLagi.com, Selasa (13/10) malam.

Kasus video mesum yang melibatkan pelajar beredar melalui ponsel ke ponsel di Surabaya. Pemain dalam video mesum itu diduga salah satu pelajar SMPN 26 di Jalan Banjar Sugihan Tandes. Namun pihak sekolah membantah kalau siswa itu adalah muridnya. Menurut pihak sekolah siswa yang bersangkutan tersebut sudah tidak lagi tercatat di SMPN 26.

"Sebenarnya dia bukan pelajar sini lagi karena dia sudah keluar sekitar sebulan yang lalu," ujar Wakil Kepala Sekolah SMP 26, Hadi Suwadi kepada wartawan di SMP 26, Jalan Banjar Sugihan, Kamis (15/10/2009). Untuk menyakinkan wartawan, Hadi memperlihatkan surat pengunduran diri siswa itu. Hadi menjelaskan bahwa siswa yang bersangkutan mengundurkan diri pada 11 September 2009 lalu.

Surat pengunduran diri itu ditandatangani oleh orangtua siswa tersebut. Hadi membantah bahwa pengunduran diri pelaku dikarenakan desakan dari pihak sekolah. "Alasan pengunduran dirinya adalah karena permintaan orangtua," tambah Hadi. Hadi mengatakan ketika sekolah mengetahui adanya desas-desus video mesum yang dilakukan siswanya, pihak sekolah segera memanggil pelaku dan orang tuanya. Akhirnya dengan kesadaran diri orang tua pelaku meminta pengunduran diri anaknya. Saat
ditanya tentang identitas pelaku, Hadi menolaknya.

"Jangan ah, pokoknya dia siswa kelas 3. Itu dilakukan di luar sekolah dengan pasangannya yang bukan dari sekolah ini. Saya sendiri belum melihat videonya," Lanjut Hadi.

Menurut informasi, pelaku tersebut adalah siswa putri berinisial ES. Di sekolahnya, ES termasuk siswa yang biasa-biasa saja. Nilai di rapornya termasuk bagus meski tidak bisa dibilang tinggi.
